Yara the Brave and the Swirling Worry

Although worry may follow kids around, God is always there.

Yara―a girl known for being brave and bold, strong and steady―is suddenly worried. In fact, a little worry worm won’t leave her alone. The more she tries to run from it, the more entangled in worry she becomes.

Author Blair Linne is no stranger to worry and anxiety. After years of crippling anxiety and panic attacks, she eventually came to realize that there was no way around her worry. She could only go through it with God.

In this picture book, readers ages 4-8 will find . . .

Scripture woven throughout the book

Beautiful illustrations by Gabriella Galvez

Practical tools to help with physical symptoms of worry and anxiety

Yara’s friends introduce her to several reminders and ways she can remember that her worry worm isn’t in control. But their most important reminder? Yara, and every child who reads this book, is never alone. God is always there.
